The Business School’s Mentorship program connects MBA students with school alumni. The Mentors come from a diverse background and hold leading and influential positions in the public and private sector.

The program aims to expose students directly to executive management, familiarize them with decision making processes, develop managerial and leadership focused thinking, and expand your network. Mentors dedicate their time to share personal experience and guide mentees through key moments in their career.

The program takes place in small groups of 3-4 students, led by a mentor that was personalized to the group. The groups meet 3-4 times in the duration of a semester. The meetings will involve open conversation, real-world examples and active learning from modern challenges.

Different subjects come up in the meetings:

  • Career management and decision making
  • Leadership and professional development
  • Networking and organizational relationships
  • Deep understanding with various roles, industries, and sectors
  • Unimpeded look into the leadership of leading organizations.

Participation in the program is selective, and potential participants are required to submit an application form, CV, and go through an interview process.
