“My research focuses on consumers with disabilities. It is fascinating how the perspectives of those without disabilities influence marketing decisions, particularly regarding the development of new technological devices. In the industry today, there is a notable investment in “Inclusive Design” – products that are accessible to everyone whether with or without disabilities. However, if perspectives on the needs of disabled individuals aren’t defined clearly enough, it can lead to a waste of resources and inaccurate programming.” 

Dr. Malter integrates intensive research with innovative and societal values. Her work contributes to the world of research here in Israel, the Hebrew University and beyond. Congratulations!
