Dr. of Practice Yair Duchin

Dr. Yair Duchin heads the Real Estate Financing MBA program. Dr. Duchin holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Hebrew University. His area of expertise is in testing feasibility and creating business plans for various clients from both the public and business sectors.

Outside of academia, Dr. Duchin has held a number of financial consulting positions, including Director and member of the investment committee at Amda Mutual Fund, financial adviser to the City of Karmiel, and others. Additionally, he has managed numerous projects, including building business plans and economic feasibility surveys for various cities, institutions, and hotels across the country.

Dr. Duchin teaches courses related to economics and real estate, among them The Israeli Economy, and Real Estate Economy.
