The Gal-Ad Foundation was established in memory of Izzy Gal-Ad, who was a lecturer at the Hebrew University’s Business School and one of Israel’s leading economic figures. Izzy Gal-Ad was deeply committed to fostering ties between academia and industry and worked extensively to enrich students' education.
The foundation, established in his honor, organizes meetings between students and senior industry leaders and awards prizes to outstanding students.
The foundation will contribute to funding an international trip for a research-track student—either a doctoral or master’s student.
