The link between academia and industry
Congratulations! You’ve finally graduated! How do you proceed from here?
The Hebrew University Business School Mentoring Program connects graduates and students in their final years of study with Business School alumni who have had successful careers, and are serving today in senior positions in industry and the public sector.
The mentoring program’s goal is to enable you to be exposed to insights from the business world, expand your network of contacts, and guide and assist you through key junctures in your career. Our alumni dedicate their valuable time to educate the next generation of the business community and provide guidance from their personal experience.
The Mentoring Program is a rare opportunity for you to gain a practical, meaningful, and relevant experience, which past participants in the program have described as one of the important experiences that they underwent during and after university.
Over the course of the year, each group works with a mentor who has been matched to the students’ needs. Program participants meet every few weeks in groups of 4-5 mentees. The program includes both individual and group meetings. The meetings include discussions on hot topics, including:
- Career management
- Workplace relations
- Deep understanding of a field or sector
- Joining meetings or tours
- Direct meeting with the management of leading organizations
- And more…
The program is open to graduates of both the undergraduate and graduate schools, to any student in the final year of her studies (for both undergraduate and graduate programs).
To sign up for the program, fill out the application and attach an updated CV. Candidates will be interviewed so as to match them with mentors.
