The ASPER Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ACE) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem is an academic center that was established in 2001 by The Asper Foundation. The Center’s goal is to advance entrepreneurship through research and student training in entrepreneurship-related fields. Additionally, the center supports projects of student entrepreneurs.
Our mission
The mission of The Asper Center at the Hebrew University is to promote Israeli entrepreneurship, by supporting primarily academic and some community projects. The Asper Center at the Hebrew University initiates and supports an array of programs that contribute to entrepreneurial growth on a multitude of levels. To achieve this goal, the Center seeks to identify and nurture creative capital in multiple ways, including:
- Providing students at all levels with an opportunity to experience advanced entrepreneurial content with top lecturers and leading programs from around the globe
- Acting as a catalyst in the establishment of new ventures based on ideas developed at Hebrew University
- Advancing world-class entrepreneurial research that contributes to the quality of entrepreneurial activities across the social strata
The Asper Center strives to implement these goals through utilizing the extensive international networks of The Asper Foundation, The Hebrew University, the Israeli business community, and the scholars at the Hebrew University Business School.
